About the Role
?
We are looking for?a talented individual who is a team player to join our APAC Commercial Administration team as an intern.
Based in Beijing, you will be assisting the members of commercial services team by providing administrative and?ordering support. This is an opportunity for?an individual to develop communication and?coordination skills, and?to gain APAC exposure in a foreign and?dynamic firm.

What to expect
As part of the APAC Commercial Administration team, you will:
Understand?customer need and?provide ordering guidelines to customers
Check on incoming orders and?make sure orders are correctly completed
File ordering documents including soft copies and?hard copies
Handle inquiries about procedure from both internal and?external customers in a timely, efficient and?professional manner
Assist in marketing campaigns and?local events with registration, call-outs, logistics etc.
Assist in office administration occasionally, eg escorting visitors, delivery arrangement, receptions etc.

What will make you successful?
University graduate from Business/Marketing or?related studies, or?within 1-2 years experience in admin/receptionist
Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and?English
Independent worker and?team player
Attention to details
Ability to thrive under pressure and?handle multiple tasks at one time
Proficient in MS Office Tools.
Knowledge of CRM systems (preferably ), SAP and?sharepoint is an
advantage
Able to commit at least 6 months of full time internship (Mon to Fri, 9am to 5:30pm), internship period could be extended upon request
Internship allowance will be provided
